Wonderful, friendly staff from check in, to eating in the restaurant, and checking out. Rooms and bathrooms rather smaller than the usual Premier inn size, but it was clean and well furnished. No air con, but a fan was provided, so with the window open and the fan blowing away the air was a little cooler in the room. Had to eat in the bar as there wasn't enough staff to cater for the bar and the restaurant, but actually, this was better because it was quite full and there was a good atmosphere. Food was a little overcooked for my liking, but tasted OK. Breakfast, again the bacon was over cooked but plenty of choice, so I didn't go hungry. Tables we're cleared and cleaned as soon as guests left.

Super nice staff. Great parking and location. Comfy beds. Breakfast lovely. Evening meals nice but limited menu. 4 stars as heater was loud that kicked on and off all night, plus there was an airfreshner smell in room that I didnt like.
First night stay at Longford Premier Inn. I just wanted to leave a review to say how fabulous Simone was in the restaurant. She greeted me with a beautiful smile. Simone was efficient and professional handling the bar by herself as well as dealing with the restaurant. Food was great too. A great member of your team. I would also like to mention the lovely receptionist too, who also helped out. I apologise as I did not get the name. It made my first night very easy after a long day. Breakfast is also delicious.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful food in the restaurant, plenty of free parking.
Room was good clean Good welcome by staff tried breakfood which was good price 10.99 for unlimited pp As per i am vegetarian got good option have tried veg sausage which was very nice good cooked she was just struggling have less staff only 1 cook in kitchen rest of all was good worth it thank you premium inn
So, whilst the room was clean and comfortable I found the room to be very small in comparison to most Premier Inns. Once inside the bathroom you had to slide around the door and close it to be able to use the loo or the bath. I didn't find it an issue but for some with difficulty in mobility this could be an issue. Shower was very powerful with lots of hot water. Food - very short staffed in the restaurant with 1 waitress to serve food and drinks, take food orders and clear the tables. Totally not acceptable to rely on 1 member of staff - but she never stopped and did a fantastic job.
Would like to start with how clean and easy to access the room, nice size room comfy beds. I would like like to say how amazing the lady working in the restaurant was (didn’t catch her name has a son that 4years old) I have to say nothing was to much for her, running the restaurant on her own serving customers whilst dealing with a very difficult situation that happened in there. She handled the restaurant and situation as best as she could. What an incredible person. She was very bubbly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
